This invite only programme has been designed in detail for our most promising gymnasts!

Here we require a minimum of four hours of training per week as our select squad requires a high level of commitment and dedication to training times, schedules, competition calendars, coaches and the Absolute Gymnastics club.

We place a big emphasis on putting in hard work throughout our flexibility and conditoning training sessions to keep up with routine expectations. 

Our gymnasts at this level also have the opportunity to represent and compete against other clubs across the United Arab Emirates.
