Our rhythmic squad is open to gymnasts aged from six years and above who are looking for a more intense programme.

Sessions are two hours long and children have the opportunity to train up to six hours per week with us.

Typically gymnasts will have had some prior experience with us and have already discovered a passion with the rhythmic gymnastics discipline. This is a floor based sport developing choreography and coordinaton using a range of hand apparatus such as hoop, ball, ribbon and rope.

Our programme works towards the FIG syllabus working on its fundamental elements and key divisions.
