Discover two of our exciting academy disciplines – rhythmic and artistic. 

Our academy programme is made up of one hour sessions, with gymnasts having the opportunity to train up to three times a week with us.

Here we work towards similar qualities of our after school activities – improving and developing strength, coordination and flexibility and building upon movement and skills.

A fun and friendly extracurricular activity that requires commitment and discipline.
